Dependable Printing is a Christian run business that takes great pride in serving our customers. We try to set ourselves apart from other online companies by being available to answer phone or email questions from customers. Please call any time between 8:00AM to 5:30PM EST with any questions or help that you may need. If we are not available to take your call please leave a message and we will promptly return your phone call. Our goal is to produce a product that you will be proud to send out to family and friends. We will also do our very best to try and accommodate any special request or rush deliveries that may be needed. Your order will take approximately 3-4 business days for production. Please allow a little extra time for large or engraved orders. Shipping time will be 1-5 business days depending on your location and the method of shipping that you have chosen. Combine production and shipping time for total order turnaround time. Special Instructions If you do have special instructions for your order please email them to jeff@dependableprinting.com as soon as your order is completed online. We will be glad to do any of the following: Increase or decrease font sizes, Left/Center/Right justify any copy, Change fonts, Increase or decrease spacing. If there is anything else you would like to do please email or give us a call and we will be glad to let you know if your request is possible. Proofs We offer the option of requesting proofs for any item on your order. We will wait for your approval before your order is sent into production. It takes approximately 1/2 day to get the proof sent to you. Your order will then be completed in 2-3 business days from proof approval. The cost to do so is $5 for any invitation or announcement and $4 for any additional items. We can either email you an Adobe PDF file or fax the proofs. Please email your request for proof/proofs to jeff@dependableprinting.com Any request for proof/proofs needs to be made immediately after your order is completed online to ensure that any printing is not done prior to the request. Return Policy Stock Items: Any stock item may be returned for full credit minus shipping charges. We will credit back the cost of the item as soon as it is returned to our plant. Please contact us at 770.271.1415 to find out the correct address to return the item. Custom Printed Items: Please contact us by phone or email describing in detail exactly what is wrong with your order. If the mistake is completely our fault we will gladly reprint the item and ship next day air at our expense. If a mistake has been made by both parties then we will split the total cost of the reprint with the customer. It is not our company policy to accept returns or issue credit on any custom printed order where we have not made any mistakes. We Look Forward To Serving You! |
